New Kaku Highball Commercial Begins Haruka Igawa serves as the image character.

Suntory Liquor will broadcast a new television commercial for its Kakubin Highball, titled "Welcome," nationwide starting February 7th to strengthen the brand power of its Kakubin whiskey. Actress Haruka Igawa has been appointed as the third-generation image character, following Koyuki and Miho Kanno, to appeal the deliciousness of Kakubin Highball to a wide range of generations.

The commercial is set in a bar owned by Ms. Igawa. Regular customers, played by Pierre Taki, Ryo Kase, and Kei Tanaka, visit one after another. Scenes of Ms. Igawa greeting them with a smile saying "Welcome," skillfully making highballs, and interacting with the regulars are depicted against the backdrop of the song "You Like Whiskey, Don't You?" The commercial can also be viewed on a special website.

At the commercial launch event held on January 29th at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Minato Ward, the "new Madonna" Ikawa made an appearance. She demonstrated making Kakuhai Highballs and emphasized its deliciousness, stating, "It was a commercial I admired. Since I love Kakuhai Highballs, I can confidently convey that."
