[Participants Wanted] Do! Solutions Webinar "Business Innovation Starting with Diversity and Inclusion" - February 16
Dentsu Inc.'s problem-solving marketing information site, Do! Solutions, is recruiting participants for its webinar "Business Innovation Starting with Diversity and Inclusion," to be held on February 16.
In Japan, issues related to diversity and inclusion are often discussed primarily within the realms of social contribution and CSR, and tend to be viewed separately from business. However, they are also critical issues directly linked to corporate survival.
This inaugural session of the "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) × Business" webinar series focuses on the business innovation driven by the inclusion of the elderly and people with disabilities. Starting with proactive initiatives in parasports and disability support, it explores what kind of companies will achieve breakthroughs in an inclusive society and and inclusive business. We explore with these companies and researchers what kind of businesses will achieve breakthroughs in Japan's super-aging and super-diverse society.
