[Recruiting Participants] "Dentsu Inc. BX・DX Internship: Future Transformation Conference" to be held September 5th and 6th

Dentsu Inc. is recruiting participants for its internship program, "Dentsu BX・DX Intern: Future Transformation Conference," to be held on Thursday, September 5 and Friday, September 6.

The Future Transformation Conference is an internship program centered on Dentsu Inc.'s themes of "Business Transformation (BX)" and "Digital Transformation (DX)". Starting from participants' ideas about "what they want to change for the future," the program uses talk sessions and interactive group work to collaboratively develop concepts, including ideas and how to realize them.

Participants will be selected based on a document screening of their entry assignments. The entry deadline is Monday, July 22, 12:00 PM (noon).

[Overview]
Eligibility: Individuals under 28 years old as of April 1, 2024 (high school graduate or higher)

Participants: 176 (88 per session) (planned)
Entry Deadline: Monday, July 22, 12:00 PM (noon)
Selection Method: Document screening only (1 round)
Schedule: Thursday, September 5 and Friday, September 6, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (tentative)

①Talk Session
Hear firsthand accounts from frontline employees active in BX and DX.
②Future Dialogue
Group work where participants refine their ideas through dialogue and discussion. Employees from Dentsu Inc.'s BX and DX divisions will also participate as facilitators.

【Entry Assignment】
Q1
Identify something you want to change in your surroundings or society, and describe how you would change it. Also touch on specific elements you believe are necessary for realization, such as players to involve, business ideas, technology, and business models.
