Dentsu Inc. began its spring recruitment process for the class of 2026 on Friday, February 28. The positions available are General Positions, Digital Creative Positions, and Art Positions. [Job Types]

General Positions
Possible assignments include Business Production, Strategy, Creative, Media & Content, Global Business, Business/Digital Transformation, and all other departments.

Digital Creative Position
You will be hired as a General Position employee, with your initial assignment being the Digital Creative department. After your initial assignment, there is a possibility of transfer to other departments.

Art Position
You will be hired as an Art Director. To broaden your perspective and foster growth, you may experience a non-creative department for a limited period of six months.

Individuals currently enrolled in an art university or an art-related faculty/department/course at a university, or an engineering design/information design-related faculty/department/course at a university; or individuals already active outside of university who meet the following criteria

①    Regardless of the position category (General Position, Digital Creative Position, Art Position), the start date for all hires will be April 1, 2026.
② Applicants may apply to multiple positions ("General Positions," "Digital Creative Positions," and "Art Positions").
③ Applicants who participated in the "General Positions (Winter Selection)" may reapply for other positions.
④ For the "General Positions" track, we do not guarantee initial assignment locations, nor do we consider assignments during the selection process.
