dentsu DEI innovations Releases the 2026–2027 Edition of the Ally Action Guide, Incorporating Findings from the “LGBTQ+ Survey 2026”

dentsu DEI innovations (formerly Dentsu Diversity Lab) has released the “LGBTQ+: Learn, Reflect, and Take Action—Ally Action Guide 2026–2027” as a freely available, reusable digital book.This guidebook provides a concrete and easy-to-understand summary of actions to support the LGBTQ+ community, based on data from the “LGBTQ+ Survey 2026” conducted by dentsu Japan, as well as the voices of LGBTQ+ individuals and allies.

This guide was compiled by dentsu DEI innovations, which has been working on LGBTQ+ issues since its inception in 2011, and outlines specific actions to support the LGBTQ+ community. The first edition was created in June 2021 based on the “LGBTQ+ Survey 2020.” Since then, it has been updated annually, with the 2026–2027 edition marking its sixth edition.It has been utilized not only by individuals but also by numerous companies, organizations, and educational institutions in various contexts, such as internal training, lectures, and recruitment activities.

■About the Update to the 2026–2027 Edition
The entire guide has been updated to reflect the results of the “LGBTQ+ Survey 2026” conducted by dentsu Japan. Additionally, the content of the “LGBTQ+ Event Calendar” in the appendix has been revised.

Furthermore, as there have been numerous reports of its use in educational settings, a black-and-white version for printing will continue to be provided.
