The Japan Advertisers Association Web Advertising Research Group has released a "Starter Kit for Social Media Official Account Managers."

The Japan Advertisers Association Web Advertising Research Group announced the " Starter Kit for Social Media Official Account Managers " on June 19.

It explains 14 documents that should be prepared at various stages—from launch to operation, risk management, and internal awareness—along with their purposes. It also includes templates for a "Social Media Account Usage Application Form," "Frequently Asked Questions," "Response Guidelines," and a "Posting Calendar."

The Research Group established an Operational Guide Working Group this year to solve challenges faced by social media account managers and enable smoother operations. This kit represents the culmination of their accumulated expertise.

By utilizing this kit, companies can build stronger trust relationships with customers, as well as between internal managers and relevant departments. It is now widely available.

It can be freely downloaded from the Web Advertising Research Association's website.
