Tokyu Land Corporation opened the new commercial and business complex "TENOHA DAIKANYAMA" at the entrance intersection of Tokyu Toyoko Line Daikanyama Station (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo) on November 28.
Utilizing the existing commercial facility "Daikanyama Ravellia" and "Daikanyama Tokyu Apartment," the building was renovated inside and out while retaining its structure. "TENOHA" is a coined word combining "palm" and "leaf," expressing the wish for it to become a place where hands that create spread out, fostering the growth of people, goods, and services. Daikanyama is a key location for the Tokyu Land Corporation Holdings Group. It is where the company opened the "Daikanyama Tokyu Apartment" in 1955, a building long recognized as a symbol of Daikanyama. Since 2020, plans for redevelopment based on market conditions and customer needs have been considered, leading to the decision to operate this facility for a limited five-year period.

The facility integrates a business zone and commercial zone under a unified concept, proposing a new way of living. The shops include lifestyle stores offering interior goods, miscellaneous items, and food; an Italian restaurant using high-quality ingredients; and a café from Rome, Italy, opening its first location in Japan. Additionally, a shared service office provides a space for members to share ideas and connect. The annex features an event space available for daily rental. Part of the former Daikanyama Tokyu Apartments, which were rental flats, can now be used as offices where interior modifications are freely permitted.
