"Suma-ken" is a certification exam for application development technology targeting iOS™ and Android™ OS. By clearly quantifying a developer's skill level through questions covering a broad range of app development technologies, it aims to serve as a benchmark for companies to appropriately evaluate developers and assign tasks commensurate with their individual capabilities.
