October is "World Food Day" month. It's a month dedicated to getting more people to learn about, think about, and take action on food issues.
On October 1st, Dentsu Inc. released "Gohan Hanhan: A Song About Thinking About Eating"on a special campaign website. This song was co-produced with the campaign's organizing groups – NPOs, NGOs, and international organizations (*) – to coincide with the month's activities.
Additionally, the company translated last year's video " A Story to Consider Eating. " This year, it can be enjoyed with subtitles in English, Chinese, and French.

Performing the song "Gohan Hanhan: A Song About Thinking About Eating" are rapper "DJ Miso Shiru and MC Gohan," graduates of Joshi Eiyo University, and the female duo "Kero Ponzu," known for the wildly popular children's dance song "Ebi Kanix."
This marks the first collaboration between the two groups. The lyrics express the desire to create a world where everyone can enjoy delicious rice. The song features choreography designed to be fun and easy for children to learn, making it suitable for kindergartens, nurseries, elementary schools, and homes.
The song's stage debut is scheduled for October 4th at the " Global Festa Japan 2015 " event held at the Center Promenade in Odaiba, Tokyo. From noon for 50 minutes, both groups will appear on the main stage for the first collaborative stage event where parents and children can sing and dance together. Furthermore, under the supervision of Kanto Gakuin University, a pilot study is underway to observe how children's awareness and behavior regarding food changes through this playful song about global food issues. Results are scheduled to be announced on the special website for the month on October 16th, World Food Day.
DJ Miso Shiru and MC Gohan
A super homemade rapper proposing new ways to enjoy cooking and music under the motto "Delicious food is a miracle of humanity!" Despite the confusing name, it's just one person. Made their major debut in winter 2013. They've also made appearances at major festivals like FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL. Since spring 2014, they've been hosting the "Music × Cooking" program "Gochisong DJ" on NHK E TV.
Keroponz
Formed in June 1999. The super duo of Kero (Yuko Masuda) and Pon (Akiko Hirata). They perform all-over-the-place stages filled with laughter, songs, and anything goes—enjoyable for parents and kids alike—across the nation. Major works include the CD "Ebikanix." They provide play songs for NHK E-TV's "Okaasan to Issho," appear on BS Nippon TV's "Soreike! Anpanman Club," and are active in a wide range of fields.
