Dentsu Inc. and Dentsu Tec collaborate with U.S.-based Sunday Sky to launch a personalized video production and distribution service.

On March 8, Dentsu Inc. and Dentsu Tec announced a collaboration with SundaySky, Inc. (Headquarters: New York City, CEO: Shmulik Weller; hereinafter "SundaySky"), a U.S. provider of personalized video solutions. Together, they will begin offering a service for producing and distributing personalized videos to enhance customer engagement.

This service utilizes SundaySky's "Smart Video" technology and is particularly effective in industries such as telecommunications, insurance, finance, healthcare, travel, and e-commerce for improving new customer acquisition rates, repeat purchase rates, and customer satisfaction. It instantly creates and delivers videos optimized for each individual customer based on their latest attributes, preferences, contract details, and purchase history. Videos can be sent via email or SMS, displayed on login-based owned media, or automatically delivered through video distribution platforms. This solution is applicable across all business scenarios, including introducing services to new customers, implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) initiatives for existing customers, and promoting contract changes or renewals. This solution addresses the growing demand for "One to One Marketing," which delivers optimal communication tailored to each customer's needs, and "IoM" (Internet of Me), which provides personalized experiences.

Conversely, companies often face challenges: while they track potential customers' actions on their sites, existing advertising and promotional tools struggle to effectively convey messages; and despite managing customer data, communicating in ways aligned with each customer's stage and needs remains difficult.

Given this situation, our group determined that "Smart Video," which is leading the way in the US, is one solution that leverages the behavioral data of potential and existing customers held by companies.
For companies offering complex services or services with highly personalized content, Smart Video not only clearly explains the optimal plan for each customer through video but also displays links within the video for actions like "Request Materials" or "New Registration," effectively driving the next customer action. Furthermore, for companies selling a vast number of products where advertising each individually is difficult, Smart Video can retarget users who viewed specific products and remind them of those viewed items, encouraging purchase.

Moving forward, our group will provide businesses with new services that leverage customer data for communication through "Smart Video." We will also collaborate with domestic and international companies possessing cutting-edge technology to deliver the most advanced digital marketing solutions.
