The year-end tradition "Year-End Jumbo Lottery" and the newly introduced "Year-End Jumbo Mini 70 Million" TV commercials began airing on November 17th.
Joining Takuya Kimura, a familiar face in Jumbo Lottery commercials, are Tetsuya Watari, Mitsu Dan, and Chris Matsumura. All four appear as puppets modeled after themselves. The "Dance" edition serves as a teaser, hinting at future developments. The "Lottery Tickets from the Mouth" edition, featuring humorous exchanges between Kimura and Watari, and the "Party" edition, set at a Christmas party, will also air sequentially.

"I'm Dan Mitsu" (Dance Edition)

"I bought one too" (Lottery Ticket from Mouth Edition)

"Oh my!" (Party Edition)

The puppets were made in the USA, with a Los Angeles team handling the puppeteering. The costumes are incredibly realistic, featuring details like tied shoelaces and functional zippers. Furthermore, the puppets of Kimura and Dan Mitsu were styled by the actual hair and makeup artists who work with them. The commercial will also be available on the Year-End Jumbo Lottery special website ( nj2013.takarakuji-official.jp) during the sales period (November 22 to December 20).
