The main revision point this year is the establishment of a new "Inbound Advertising" category, accepting advertisements aimed at attracting visitors, regardless of domestic or international focus. Consequently, while the award has long been limited to "Domestic Advertising," the "Global Advertising" category is now open for submissions in the two planning categories: "Activation Planning" and "Innovative Approach."
Furthermore, marking its 70th anniversary, the purpose and significance of the Dentsu Advertising Awards has been clarified as "expanding the paths for solving advertisers' challenges by honoring them." The logo mark, developed for the first time in 40 years, symbolizes the evolving award by depicting a collection of lights, representing advertisers' intentions and activities.
