[Call for Participants] The Japan Management Association is hosting a six-part program series themed "○○ Boosts Efficiency."

The Japan Management Association (JMA), in collaboration with Dentsu Inc. B Team, has established the "New Efficiency Research Institute." Starting November 2nd, it will launch a six-part program series themed "○○ Boosts Efficiency." Participants are currently being recruited.

The Japan Management Association, which supports companies in solving management challenges, established the 'New Efficiency Research Institute.' This initiative explores efficiency improvement from a fresh perspective, collaborating with Dentsu Inc.'s internal 'Curiosity First' team (Dentsu B Team). The association posits that 'hints for boosting efficiency may lie not in uniform rules or systems, but in the flexible space that embraces diversity.'

The six-session program explores new possibilities for improving efficiency in work and life, particularly in areas demanding "ideas" such as marketing, product development, and new business ventures.

Regarding the program, Hidetoshi Kurashiro, leader of Dentsu Inc. B Team, stated: "For the past three years, Dentsu Inc. B Team has been linking 'B-side' activities—like hobbies and side gigs outside work—to our professional roles. This approach has enabled us to generate ideas quickly and boost work productivity. While sharing these methods, we hope to collaborate with the Japan Management Association and everyone involved to create a community that explores and communicates 'new efficiency' methods from various angles."
