(Headquarters: Tokyo; President and CEO: Shinichiro Kai, hereinafter "FOLIO"), an online securities company established for the first time in approximately 10 years as an independent securities firm handling domestic stocks and offering "Folio," a next-

FOLIO Inc., with the mission "Making asset management barrier-free," developed "Folio," a service enabling anyone to easily start and enjoyably continue asset management. The beta version of this service has been publicly available since November 2017. This service allows users to choose from a diverse lineup of themes curated by FOLIO, such as "Next-Generation Materials," "VR (Virtual Reality)," "e-Sports," "Kyoto," and "Cosplay," and invest as easily as shopping. It marks the first online securities service launched by an independent securities firm handling domestic stocks in approximately 10 years and is Japan's first service enabling theme-based investing, generating significant anticipation.
