The cross-broadcaster service "Motto TV Monthly Unlimited Pack" has launched.
Starting Tuesday, January 7, 2014, the VOD (Video On Demand) service "Motto TV" on the internet TV platform (※1) promoted by Nippon TV Network, TV Asahi, TBS Television, TV Tokyo, Fuji Television, and Dentsu Inc. launched a cross-broadcaster monthly unlimited viewing service. This marks the first time all five major commercial TV networks have jointly implemented a monthly unlimited viewing service.

■Content Offered: Approximately 300 episodes planned from the five major commercial broadcasters: Nippon TV Network, TV Asahi, TBS Television, TV Tokyo, and Fuji Television Network

■Subscription Fee: 900 yen per month (excluding tax)
■Compatible Devices: "Motto TV"-compatible TV sets from each company and the "Motto TV" Android app

The "Motto TV Monthly Unlimited Viewing Pack" is a service offering unlimited monthly viewing of carefully selected content from the five major commercial TV networks participating in "Motto TV." This product pack, featuring all five networks together, is an unprecedented first among services. Viewable content includes catch-up streaming of the latest dramas, such as the TBS Friday drama "Yoru no Sensei" scheduled to air starting January, as well as a wide range of genres including past popular dramas and anime. The introduction of this monthly unlimited viewing service allows users to watch curated content on demand, in addition to the existing option of purchasing individual episodes.
About "Motto TV"
"Motto TV" is a VOD (Video On Demand) service launched by Japan's five major commercial TV networks (Nippon TV Network, TV Asahi, TBS Television, TV Tokyo, Fuji Television Network) and the Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) to make it easier to enjoy broadcast content. Launched in April 2012, it allows users to easily watch a wide variety of broadcast content from these networks. As of the end of December 2013, the lineup included approximately 15,000 episodes from each broadcaster, including terrestrial broadcast catch-up streaming of dramas and variety shows.
As of the end of December 2013, compatible devices included Panasonic televisions (Smart VIERA) and Blu-ray recorders (Smart DIGA), Toshiba televisions (Regza Z8X/Z8/J8, Z7/J7 series), LG Electronics TVs (LG Smart TV LA9600/LA8600/LA6600/LA6400/LA6200/LN570B/LN4600 series), and compatible smartphones/tablets (Android 2.3 or higher).
