Significantly Reducing Time and Cost for Video Ad Production

Dentsu Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshihiro Yamamoto), Dentsu International Information Services Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryoichi Nawa), Dentsu tempo Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshitaka Tazaki), and Dentsu Group Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshiyuki Kento) have developed "Dynamic3" (patent pending, hereinafter "the System"), a system that automatically generates YouTube videos with audio from flyer images and text data.

While the video advertising market is growing significantly alongside dramatic advancements in communication environments, such as the advent of 5G, the time and cost required for production remain challenges. Video ads have traditionally been considered unsuitable for flyers, where information like dates and prices changes frequently over short periods.

This system uses flyer data directly, preventing errors in date and price displays while drastically reducing the time and cost traditionally required for video production. Furthermore, the automatically generated YouTube video ads enable more precise targeting, reaching large numbers of consumers beyond those reached by flyers. This contributes to driving store visits across a wide range of industries utilizing paper flyers, including supermarkets, drugstores, car dealerships, apparel, real estate, and restaurants.
