The Japan Sports Council (JSC) announced on November 11 that DREAMS COME TRUE and Arashi, two of Japan's leading artists, will perform in the music category at the "HELLO, OUR STADIUM" event (December 21: Sponsored by ASICS Japan, Japan Coca-Cola, JR East, Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical, NTT Group, Japan Airlines, Panasonic, The Asahi Shimbun, Google, Reconstruction Agency, The Yomiuri Shimbun) to showcase the newly completed National Stadium to the public.
The event consists of three categories: "Sports," "Culture," and "Music."
Previously confirmed elements include "ONE RACE," a new type of race featuring world-renowned athletes including track and field legend Usain Bolt; an opening act by the taiko drumming group "Kodo"; and a special performance combining six representative festivals from Tohoku.

DREAMS COME TRUE are among the few artists to have held a solo music concert at the National Stadium. In 2019, their 30th anniversary year, they embarked on a nationwide tour, captivating fans with their grand productions, powerful sound, and beautiful vocals.
