Dentsu Inc. Creators' Art Exhibition "ONE CREATIVE" vol. 2 Opens

"ONE CREATIVE" is an exhibition of artworks by art directors and creative directors belonging to Dentsu Inc.'s Creative Planning Division 1. Following vol.1 "Kenichi Hatano and Masumi Nakazawa Exhibition" held from January 26 to February 8, vol.2 "Emi Kubota, Yu Hirata, and Noe Wakata Exhibition" will be held at galerie H in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, from February 16 to 29.

The exhibition showcases the artistic works of art directors and creative directors, who are usually involved in advertising, revealing a side not seen in their daily professional work.

Emi Kubota
Art Director at 1CRP Bureau. Born 1986 in Tokyo. Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Department of Design in 2009; joined Dentsu Inc. the same year. Through both private work and her role as an art director, she challenges herself with diverse forms of expression.

 

Hirata Yu
Born in Tokyo in 1980. Graduated from Musashino Art University, Painting Department (Oil Painting) in 2004. Joined Dentsu Inc. as an Art Director the same year. Held solo exhibitions at Shinjuku Ganka Gallery from 2010 to 2015.

Wakata Noe
Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. Graduated from the Design Department, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts. Worked as an Art Director at Dentsu Inc. Recipient of the Good Design Award, among others. Began creating artwork using lacquer in 2019.
