Planning Phase
We provide tools such as a "Diagnostic Chart" and "Advantages/Disadvantages Comparison Table" to optimize the combination of real and online events and identify potential risks in planned projects. Our "Project Risk Assessment" quantifies planning risks for objective evaluation. Progressing planning based on these guidelines helps eliminate identified risks and facilitates event realization.

Planning Phase
Classifies short-term events like "exhibitions" and permanent spaces like "offices" and "shops" by type, explaining key considerations using sample drawings. Includes points to note for construction planning, such as creating on-site work schedules, and features a "Planning Risk Assessment" to minimize potential risks before site commencement.

Implementation Phase
Provides guidelines for safe and secure site operations and event execution, including points to note during construction and the event itself, poster templates and report formats usable on-site, and emergency contact procedures.

[JinC: Notification Service for COVID-19 Cases]
Developed by Dentsu Inc. Tech, this service quickly identifies individuals who may have had close contact with a confirmed case and sends them a warning via Short Message Service (SMS). Businesses can manage it using just one smartphone, enabling simple and low-cost implementation. Users can register using only their phone number, without needing to download an app. It aims to alleviate user concerns after attending events or visiting stores.

By using QR codes to centrally manage entry and exit records for all stakeholders—users, staff, and facility visitors—it reduces the administrative burden. Businesses with multiple locations can also set checkpoints specific to each store.

When a COVID-19 case occurs, the system identifies individuals with potential close contact during specific time periods and sends SMS alerts. The collected phone number list can be exported in CSV format (*), enabling swift administrative response.
※ Dentsu Inc. will create the list only upon request from government agencies or similar entities.
