[Recruitment Notice] Participants are being recruited for the Japan Cancer Forum online program "LAVENDER RING 2020 powered by SHISEIDO".

Certified NPO Cancer Net Japan, Shiseido, and Dentsu Inc. will host "LAVENDER RING 2020 powered by SHISEIDO," an event for cancer patients, their families, and healthcare professionals, during the online "Japan Cancer Forum 2020 " on October 24 and 25.

The event features two programs. The eighth iteration of "MAKEUP & PHOTOS WITH SMILES Online" (October 24-25) will deliver smiles through makeup and photography to individuals living vibrantly and authentically despite cancer. Participants will receive one-on-one online makeup lessons from Shiseido beauty consultants and create commemorative images using lavender-colored frames captured on their smartphones.
Participants are currently being recruited for cancer patients and survivors. (Limited to 100 people. Deadline: October 9)

The "LAVENDER RING CHANNEL" live stream on October 25 is a program designed to uplift cancer survivors and their families. Scheduled events include a talk show with freelance announcer Shinsuke Kasai (a cancer survivor himself), talent Chiaki Hara, and host Miho Nakai; discussions with YouTubers and Instagrammers in their teens and twenties sharing their cancer experiences; and a curry lunch session with Atsuki Shibata and Rina Arai, who launched the in-house business "Nekojita-do" based on their own cancer experiences.
