[Announcement] "Creating New Ventures in Challenging Times: Dentsu Inc.'s 'Business Production Theory'" - October 28

WASEDA NEO, which provides a "co-creation space" for leaders shaping the next era to drive true innovation, and Dentsu Inc.'s news site "Web Dentsu Tsūhō" have partnered to host the third session of their online lecture series for working professionals, "Web Dentsu Tsūhō × WASEDA NEO Collaborative Lecture Series," featuring Dentsu Inc. creators as instructors. This session will take place on October 28 (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM).

This session's theme is "People Creating New Businesses in Challenging Situations: Dentsu Inc.'s 'Business Production Theory'."
The instructor is Mr. Osamu Kojima, Managing Director and Business Producer at Dentsu Inc. The participation fee is ¥3,300, and registration is open until 1:00 PM on the day of the event.

Grasp the essence of business, learn how to solve problems, and break through this situation!

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, a major paradigm shift has occurred, and the importance of "business operations" with social significance is growing ever greater. A Business Producer is someone who creates new ventures by solving customers' fundamental challenges, providing something society supports, and communicating it. We will introduce the perspectives, skills, and mindset needed to identify societal changes and distortions and turn them into business opportunities, incorporating historical context and case studies!

Speaker: Managing Director, Business Producer Osamu Kojima
Joined Dentsu Inc. in 1994 and was assigned to the Magazine Division. After transferring to the Sales Division in 2001, he gained extensive hands-on experience across diverse areas—from integrated campaign planning, advertising production, media, and event production to social media promotions—while handling accounts for foreign beverage companies. Assumed current position in 2017. As Director of Sales to Business Production, he is actively working to define Dentsu Inc.'s frontline approach and chart new directions.
