[Participants Wanted] Reverse School (Full 11-Session Pack) ~ A Course to Hone Idea Generation and Planning Skills Through Reverse Thinking

The "Web Dentsu Inc. Tsūhō × WASEDA NEO Collaborative Lecture Series" is an online course for working professionals delivered through the partnership of " WASEDA NEO," a co-creation space for sparking true innovation, and "Web Dentsu Inc. Tsūhō."
This session's theme is "Reverse Tutoring." It will be held over 11 sessions starting January 26, 2022. The facilitator is Hidetoshi Kurashige, Representative of Creative Project Base. He will extensively introduce insights and methodologies from B Teamandthe Active Learning "How About This?" Research Institute.
The participation fee for the full 11-session pack is ¥33,000. Registration is open until 1:00 PM on January 26.

【Lecture Overview】

Reverse thinking. Success stories of going against the grain. The "reverse" methodologies you should learn now are gathered here.

Do you feel uneasy about only trying popular methods everyone else thinks are good? What is unique thinking that breaks free from conventional frameworks?
A special, exclusive workshop to learn about 'reverse' thinking: reversal, contrarianism, going against the flow, turning things around. We call it the 'Reverse Workshop.' The workshop leader is Mr. Hidetoshi Kurashige, founder of Dentsu Inc. B Team and current representative of Creative Project Base. He has personally practiced numerous reverse methods and will gather and facilitate discussions with other practitioners of reverse thinking and reverse methodologies he resonates with.

Creative Project Base Representative / Dentsu Inc. B Team Founder
Hidetoshi Kuranari

Born in Saga Prefecture in 1975. His childhood dream was to become an "inventor." Graduated from the University of Tokyo's Department of Mechanical Engineering; withdrew from its graduate school. Joined Dentsu Inc. in 2000. Assigned to the Creative Bureau, where he planned and produced numerous advertisements. During this time, he independently created and released many products. Worked at the studio of Barcelona-based product designer Marti Guxie in 2007. After returning to Japan, he expanded his advertising skills to support new project creation for corporate new business divisions. He led diverse projects including comprehensive production for APEC JAPAN 2010, the Tokyo Motor Show 2011, and the 2012 IMF/World Bank Meetings in Japan, as well as the 400th anniversary project for Arita ware in Saga Prefecture. In 2014, while employed at Dentsu Inc., he organized the "Dentsu B Team" with 56 fellow employees who also pursued personal activities (B-side projects), providing society with alternative methods and projects to change society in new ways. In 2015, he launched the "Dentsu Active Learning: How About This? Laboratory," offering creative educational programs without predetermined answers. On July 1, 2020, he founded Creative Project Base. He was certified as the first Japanese ex-designer by Marti Guxie.
