Dentsu Inc. Direct Hiring Internship: Now Accepting Applications

The Dentsu Inc. Internship Office is recruiting participants for internships directly linked to the hiring process. This summer, we will offer internships where you can hone Dentsu Inc.'s "idea generation," learn about "the design of the future," and participate in a work-based data science internship.

This opportunity is open not only to those seeking to connect it to the recruitment process, but also to individuals who wish to gain learning through the internship regardless of recruitment, and to those graduating after 2025.

The entry deadline for all programs is Wednesday, June 28, at noon. Participants will be selected from applicants based on their entry assignments and interviews.

※The results of the "selection for internship participation" and the "recruitment screening after internship participation" will have absolutely no impact on the "regular recruitment process."

An internship where you experience and learn diverse "idea generation" unique to Dentsu Inc., under the catchphrase "Ideas can be learned." Through 8 days of lectures and exercises, you'll experience discovering challenges, generating ideas, and methods for realization from multiple perspectives. Creative professionals active on the front lines will generously share their perspectives on idea generation.

② Dentsu Inc. Design Summer School

Open to those studying design. This internship explores the current state and mindset of art direction—using the power of design, art, and ideas to make the world a little better and bring joy to many.

③ Dentsu Inc. Data Science Internship

Experience the world of data analysis and problem-solving that Dentsu Inc. tackles daily through a paid, work-based internship. Recommended for those interested in solving marketing challenges using data science-related technologies, or those wanting to learn upstream strategy and problem-discovery perspectives.
