[Participants Wanted] Do! Solutions Webinar: "What 'Recruitment Branding' Means for Companies Today" - Held September 26

Dentsu Inc.'s business challenge-solving information portal, Do! Solutions, is recruiting participants for a webinar to be held on Thursday, September 26.

Japan's domestic recruitment market has accelerated into a seller's market since 2014, driven by declining birthrates and a shrinking working-age population. With talent acquisition becoming a critical management challenge across all industries, companies must now clearly understand job seekers' needs and effectively communicate their value proposition to be chosen as an employer.

This webinar will focus on the results of a large-scale survey conducted by Dentsu Inc. in 2024 targeting Generation Z job seekers. It will explore the overall mindset and values of Generation Z and introduce corporate "recruitment branding" strategies based on these insights.
