[Call for Participants] Dentsu Macromill Insight, Inc. × CCI Co-hosted Webinar: "Explaining the Generation Z and Middle-Aged Population Awareness Survey! Communication Strategies to Turn Generational Gaps into Strengths" - January 29

Dentsu Macromill Insight, Inc. and CARTA COMMUNICATIONS (CCI) are recruiting participants for their co-hosted webinar "Explaining the Generation Z and Middle-Aged Consciousness Survey! Communication Strategies to Turn Generational Gaps into Strengths," to be held on Wednesday, January 29.

In recent years, more companies are facing challenges due to communication gaps between Generation Z and older generations. Dentsu Macromill Insight, Inc. and CCI jointly conducted a "Survey on Communication Between Generation Z and Middle-Aged/Older Generations in the Workplace."

This webinar will explain the differences between Generation Z and middle-aged/older generations based on the survey report and outline the necessary approaches to bridge these gaps. Part 1 will focus on communication strategies with Generation Z within organizations, while Part 2 will cover communication strategies between companies and users on SNS platforms frequently used by Generation Z.

Also serves as owner of the Generation Z Research Group (nicknamed Zetoken), a consulting project solving Generation Z marketing challenges, excelling in planning leveraging Generation Z marketing expertise.
