dentsu DEI innovations (formerly Dentsu Inc. Diversity Lab) has released the "Ally Action Guide 2025-2026: Learn, Reflect, and Take Action on LGBTQ+ Issues" in time for June's Pride Month. This guide is provided free of charge as a reusable digital book. It compiles concrete, easy-to-understand actions for supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, referencing data from the "LGBTQ+ Survey 2023" conducted by the Dentsu Group and incorporating real voices from both LGBTQ+ individuals and allies.

This guide, compiled by dentsu DEI innovations—which has been working on LGBTQ+ issues since its founding in 2011—outlines concrete actions for LGBTQ+ support. The first edition was created in June 2021 based on the "LGBTQ+ Survey 2020." It has been updated annually since then, with the 2025-2026 edition marking the fifth version. It is utilized in diverse settings—not only by individuals but also by numerous companies, organizations, and educational institutions—for internal training, lectures, recruitment activities, and communication initiatives both within and outside the company.
An ally is someone who understands LGBTQ+ issues and takes action to support them. The term originates from the English word "ally" (meaning ally, supporter).
