The All Japan Commercial Broadcasters Association (ACC) recently announced the entry guidelines for the 54th ACC CM Festival. Categories include the traditional TV CM, Radio CM, and Marketing Effectiveness (ME), with the addition of a new Interactive category. Entries open June 2nd, with a deadline of July 1st.
The newly established Interactive category takes over the "Tokyo Interactive Ad Awards" previously run by the Internet Advertising Promotion Council. It covers all interactive advertising and advertising initiatives utilizing digital technology.
The jury chairs for each category are: Yasumichi Oka (TUGBOAT) for TV Commercials, Yoshimitsu Sawamoto (Dentsu Inc.) for Radio Commercials, Yoko Tsuchihashi (Toyota Marketing Japan) for Marketing Effectiveness, and Masaru Kitakaze (Hakuhodo) for Interactive.
