Marilyn and Elvis drank it too Coca-Cola Bottle 100th Anniversary "Awesome!" Campaign

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, USA in 1886, Coca-Cola developed its uniquely shaped "Contour Bottle" in 1915, ensuring everyone could instantly recognize it as Coca-Cola.

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Contour Bottle, the Coca-Cola System is launching a year-long campaign centered on the concept of "Sai-ko!" (Awesome!), expressing the refreshing sensation of drinking Coca-Cola.

The first phase, the "Heritage" campaign, launched on January 26. It highlights the brand's beloved history, from stars like Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley to the present day, conveying the wish for Coca-Cola to be cherished for the next 100 years.

The new TV commercial "Heritage," airing the same day, celebrates the 100th anniversary with photos of Marilyn and Elvis holding bottles, and footage of Yuzo Kayama, the first Japanese talent to appear in a Coca-Cola commercial. It also features soccer player Kazuyoshi Miura, swimmer Kosuke Kitajima, and many others enjoying Coca-Cola and experiencing their "Awesome!" moments, expressing an identity loved throughout the past and future.
Additionally, Coca-Cola's website ( http://cocacola.jp ) features the digital content "Coke & Me." Users can upload a photo of themselves enjoying Coca-Cola in their "Awesome!" moment. This creates a custom poster featuring their photo within the same design as the Heritage Campaign's advertising visuals. It's content where fans become the stars.
Campaign advertisements will also be displayed at stations nationwide.
From January 26 to February 1, a 14-meter-wide large poster will be displayed at the Metro Promenade in Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line's Shinjuku Station. During the campaign period, photos of participants from the opening day photo event will be repeatedly shown on some large monitors. This allows participants to join the campaign ads alongside icons like Marilyn and Elvis.

The commercial can also be viewed on the official YouTube account ( https://www.youtube.com/cocacolapark ).
