Dentsu Inc. forms MKTG as its ninth global network brand ― Reorganizing group companies to make "Lifestyle Marketing" a core service pillar ―

Dentsu Inc.'s overseas headquarters, Dentsu Aegis Network, announced on October 20th that it will integrate its eight global networks: Carat, Dentsu-branded agencies, Dentsu media, iProspect, Isobar, mcgarrybowen, Posterscope, and Vizeum.

Founded in 1992 (acquired by Dentsu Inc. in August 2014), MKTG is a full-service marketing company with strengths in activation focused on consumer brand experiences and experiential value. It serves many globally renowned companies as clients and supports the execution of approximately 70,000 activation events annually.

To advance MKTG's global branding, Dentsu Inc. will reorganize its group companies within the next 12 months. Specifically, this includes all European and Asia-Pacific locations of psLIVE (which provides services similar to MKTG), as well as all group companies of Crimson Room (operating in South Africa) and Team Epic (operating in Australia/ New Zealand, and Team Epic, which operates in the sports and entertainment sectors in the United States, will be integrated into the MKTG network.

This will establish MKTG as a global network with approximately 1,000 full-time employees across 14 countries, enabling it to provide integrated and comprehensive services including sports, entertainment, activation, sponsorship, hospitality, strategy development, market research, effectiveness measurement, digital creative, content, design, and retail marketing. By further evolving MKTG in "Lifestyle Marketing"—which supports brands of companies, products, and services in occupying important positions in consumers' daily lives—the Dentsu Group will strengthen and expand Lifestyle Marketing as one of its core service pillars.
