On March 14, Dentsu Inc.'s overseas headquarters, Dentsu Aegis Network, announced it had reached an agreement with shareholders to acquire 100% of the shares in Flock Advertising, a Mexican integrated digital agency.
Founded in 2009, Flock provides comprehensive digital services spanning advertising strategy development, creative production, media buying, social media, performance marketing, and data analytics. With 142 employees, Flock is one of Mexico's leading digital agencies. According to the "2015 AgencyScope Survey" by Spanish research firm Grupo Consultores, it ranks as the second most recognized digital agency in Mexico. Its comprehensive 360-degree digital services are highly regarded by both Mexican companies and multinational corporations.
Following the acquisition, the Dentsu Group will integrate Flock into the Isobar network, one of its global network brands* providing digital services. Under the brand name "Flock, Linked by Isobar," the company will accelerate its growth strategy in Mexico—the second-largest advertising market in Latin America after Brazil—by leveraging synergies with other group companies.
