On June 14, Dentsu Inc.'s overseas headquarters, Dentsu Aegis Network, announced an agreement with shareholders to acquire 100% of the shares of Australian digital marketing agency Search Factory Pty Ltd.
This acquisition aims to expand business in Queensland, including Brisbane, and ultimately across all of Australia.
Founded in 2011, Search Factory excels in digital marketing services within SEM and performance marketing. It has experienced rapid growth by earning high praise from local and global clients, primarily in the retail and service industries.
Following the acquisition of Search Factory, Dentsu Aegis Network will integrate the company into the iProspect network. iProspect is one of the nine global network brands within the Dentsu Group and operates similar digital marketing businesses in Brisbane.
With the acquisitions of Search Factory and the recent acquisition of Scorch, the iProspect brand will become the largest digital marketing agency group in Australia.
