"Falling for Leopalace" New TV Commercial College student Suzu finally confesses to her admired senior?!

Real estate company Leopalace21 held a new commercial announcement event at its headquarters in Nakano Ward, Tokyo, on May 10.

The TV commercials "College Girl Suzu" and "First Home Party," airing nationwide starting May 11th, are sequels to the "Leopalace in Love" series focusing on the protagonist Suzu's youth. They depict Suzu's campus life after entering the same university as the senior she has feelings for. A casual conversation with friends leads to an unexpected turn: Suzu ends up visiting the apartment where she started living alone, accompanied by the senior she admires. Alone with him, Suzu gathers her courage and asks, "Senpai... Can I be honest with you?" It's a heart-pounding story filled with the thrill of confession.

A set recreating Suzu's room was built at the venue, where actress Suzu Hirose, the image character, appeared in relaxed sweats.

Regarding playing a college student, she commented, "I played a college student when I was in junior high, but it felt very adult, so I wore heavy makeup. This time, since I'm the same age, it felt strange thinking, 'I'm actually college age now.'" She also shared that filming in the university classrooms she had admired gave her a unique sense of atmosphere.

Regarding the commercial's story where the distance to her admired senior suddenly closes, she smiled shyly, saying, "It makes my heart race. When I read the script, I thought, 'She actually says "I like you"...' It was a really embarrassing shoot."

Hirose took on a game where she picked room parts by lottery, selecting "red wallpaper," "a green embroidered pattern sofa," "a table with weird legs," and "a skull-design chandelier." When the simulated illustration appeared, she gave a wry smile, saying, "I absolutely love tables like this. I have lots of unique design ornaments, and my clothes are often quite individualistic too. But skulls are a bit..."

Regarding her ideal room, she added, "I'd like a mature atmosphere with a black leather sofa."

When asked "What would you like to try if you lived alone?", recalling childhood memories of losing channel battles with her older siblings, she answered, "I'd want to enjoy my favorite shows and movies whenever I want." Regarding "her top priority when choosing a room," she confessed her lazy nature: "It should be reasonably close to the station. If it's too far, going out becomes a hassle, and I might just cancel plans." When asked about "how living alone makes you indulge yourself," she shyly commented, "On days off, I don't move a muscle from the sofa. I even hold off on going to the bathroom."
