Proceeds from both lotteries will partially support the preparation and operation of this year's Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Jumbo lottery offers a first prize of 200 million yen, with prizes of 50 million yen each for the first prize winners' immediate neighbors, totaling 300 million yen for the first prize and neighbors. The Jumbo Mini offers a first prize of 20 million yen, with prizes of 5 million yen each for the first prize winners' immediate neighbors, totaling 30 million yen. The lottery tickets, which are also official Tokyo 2020 licensed products, feature the Tokyo Games logo.

On the same day, a commemorative event was held at the Nishi-Ginza Chance Center in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, where many lottery fans lined up for the release. Former Japanese women's gymnastics team member Rie Tanaka, former Japanese women's badminton team member Reiko Shiota, and members of the comedy duo "Pekopa," Shupei and Taio Shōinji, participated in a talk show.

Shioda, who appears in the Jumbo's TV commercial, reflected on the scene recreating the moment Tokyo was chosen as the 2020 host city: "When I first saw the script, I was worried if I could suddenly look happy. But seeing the extras' joy, my energy shot up instantly. It really felt like I was there."
Tanaka, who was present at the 2013 decision, revealed his experience being part of that historic moment: "It was a presentation where we all united, practiced relentlessly, and worked hard, so I felt strongly that we had won it together. It made me feel the weight of responsibility, knowing this was just the beginning."
When asked about sports they're watching at the Tokyo Games, Shoinji mentioned baseball, which he played himself, while Shupei cited rugby—specifically 7s rugby—referencing the fervor that swept Japan last year.

When asked "What would you do if you won 300 million yen?", Ushioda shared his dream: "After retiring, it's hard to secure practice space, so I'd build a gymnasium. I want to teach kids and hold events." Tanaka announced, "I never took private trips during my active career. Even when traveling to many countries for competitions, it was just back and forth between the venue and the hotel. I definitely want to go on a trip around the world."
Shupei declared, "I'd make my own starring movie. I'd spend 300 million yen to star in, direct, and write the script myself, so people could learn about my upbringing." Matsushinji, whose trademark is purple outfits, quipped, "I'd make a 300 million yen purple suit," delivering a classic comedian's punchline.
