This weekend, Kuwata's "At Home RADIO" brings together friends for a live performance.

The National Association of Commercial Broadcasters in Japan (NACB) will broadcast "WE LOVE RADIO, WE LOVE MUSIC: Kazuya Kuwata's Home Radio ~ SMILE with Radio, Especially Now! ~ supported by SUUMO" on 101 commercial radio stations nationwide from March 20 to 22.
"WE LOVE RADIO" is a joint campaign launched by commercial radio stations in 2017 to promote the appeal of radio.

The program features Kuwata delivering entertainment for home enjoyment, in a telework style, during this time when people are forced to limit going out.
At Victor Studio in Shibuya, Tokyo—a place Kuwata considers his "second home" and where he's created countless hits over the years—he welcomes guests including Southern All Stars' Yoko Hara, and musicians familiar from Southern All Stars/Kuwata live shows: Makoto Saito, Atsuo Katayama, Takuo Yamamoto, and Chieko Kanahara. They perform live music exclusive to this program. Free-lance caster John Kabira serves as host.

The National Association of Commercial Broadcasters in Japan stated, "Precisely because the whole world is enveloped in an atmosphere of anxiety right now, why not enjoy entertainment filled with Mr. Kuwata's heartfelt sentiments at home, via radio? Radio is something you can easily enjoy at home. We hope even those who don't usually listen to radio will take this opportunity to tune in and receive some power from Mr. Kuwata."
The special program will be available in 55-minute and 60-minute versions. Each station's broadcast schedule can be confirmed on the special website.
