Dentsu Inc. and OneCareer are launching "OPEN HR LAB (β)" (Open HR Lab Beta), a one-day program for corporate executives and hiring managers that explains and examines new examples of new graduate recruitment emerging in the rapidly changing job market. It will be held online for free on July 9. Participants are currently being recruited.
In the "Circle Up Survey"*1 conducted nationwide among university students in 2021, 96.1% responded that they "want job placement guaranteed before joining a company." 76.6% stated they "plan to resign or change jobs within 5 years," and 34.6% believe "the company they join will no longer exist by the time they reach age 65." These figures show an upward trend compared to last year's survey on the same topics. As work styles outside traditional corporate employment diversify, the notion that "employment means joining a company" is becoming an outdated value for Generation Z students.
In response to these major shifts in the job market, "OPEN HR LAB (β)" features Dentsu Inc. explaining marketing methodologies and creative development approaches for recruitment. OneCareer invites corporate HR personnel to present and discuss the latest recruitment case studies.
