Seven companies*1 under dentsu Japan and Pantec have jointly developed the "loop+loop (Loop Re Loop)" recycled PP band kit, which recycles unused clear file folders into PP bands to create necessary items. Using the recycled PP bands, users can handcraft items like compact document bags or larger tote bags.
This kit was developed as the second phase of the "Don't Let It End PROJECT"※2, which promotes the upcycling of unused plastic products and addresses various social issues. We believe that experiencing this previously invisible loop of resource circulation—where recycled materials are used to create new items—will also serve as an opportunity to heighten employees' environmental awareness.

Additionally, collection of clear file folders is handled by Dentsu Solari Inc., a subsidiary of the Dentsu Group Inc. For assembly and packaging of PP band kits, the project collaborates with the NPO "Minato Disability Welfare Corporation," introducing ultra-short-term employment of less than 20 hours per week.
The project promotes DEI initiatives across the board, including establishing a framework where work is organized in 3-hour units to create employment opportunities for those who, due to various circumstances, find it difficult to work long hours and have been unable to secure work opportunities.
