This event, themed "Bringing F1 to Everyone Through Technology," allowed participants to enjoy virtual circuits using professional F1 simulators. Regardless of age, gender, or disability, anyone could experience F1 circuits through technology. Events included a time trial offering tickets to the F1 Japanese Grand Prix Paddock Club and a challenge race against wheelchair racer and former driver Hirokazu Nagaya. Over 2,000 visitors attended across the four days.

Wheelchair-accessible simulators and standard simulators were installed on the first floor, while simulators for the time trial were set up on the second floor.

During the event period, advertisements were displayed at Shibuya's Scramble Crossing. Powerful footage of F1 cars racing through Shibuya's streets fully occupied all 13 screens at the intersection.

Additionally, at the preview event held the day before the main event, artists MIYAVI and Hirokazu Nagaya were among the first to experience the simulator. "I was amazed to find this kind of cyber secret base-like space right in the heart of Shibuya," they said. "The excitement hit me the moment I stepped into the venue."
