[Participants Wanted] Proactive Training for Teachers to be Held Again This Year!

By teachers, for teachers: the proactive training workshop "Saki-san". This training program, jointly launched by Dentsu Inc.'s " Active Learning: What About This?" Research Institute and Showa Women's University's " Institute for Contemporary Education", will be held again this year with a new theme.

The founders' passionate desire remains unchanged: "We want to provide information that compels action once known!" and "We want to change the reactive education that flounders after being told about the latest concepts from above!" To get ahead of Japan's education system, which often prioritizes "preserving" the status quo, this program teaches "breaking and stepping outside the box" to create something new.

This year's theme is "Break" from the traditional Japanese concept of "Shu-Ha-Ri" (Master-Break-Leave).

Over six sessions, featuring distinguished guests, classes will explore the keywords: "Relax," "Reduce," "Ideate," "Build Foundations," "Research," and "Stay Ahead." The program culminates in a practical component where each participant presents their own "proactive training session" designed based on what they've learned. The first session is on Saturday, September 21st, starting at 2:00 PM.
