Total entries: 1,178. Eligible works were advertising communications implemented between April 2023 and March 2024 (March 2023 to March 2024 for the "Brand Experience" and "Area Activity" categories). This year's selection results emphasized the significance of the information conveyed through advertising communication activities using various methods and whether those activities could change consumers' lives and society.

The Dentsu Inc. Advertising Awards, established in December 1947 (Showa 22), is Japan's oldest comprehensive advertising award. Operated by the "Advertising Dentsu Inc. Award Council," it aims to broaden the path for advertisers to solve challenges and contribute to the development of Japan's industry, economy, and culture by honoring advertisers who have practiced outstanding advertising communication. Selection is conducted by a panel of approximately 500 judges comprising advertisers, media companies, creators, and experts nationwide.
