Dentsu Creative X and Dentsu Creative Cube will merge effective January 1, 2025, and change their company name to 'Dentsu Creative Pictures Inc.' This will be an absorption-type merger with Dentsu Creative X as the surviving company and Dentsu Creative Cube as the dissolved company. Dentsu Creative Cube will be dissolved.

Meanwhile, Dentsu Inc. Creative Cube combines advanced craftsmanship in video production and graphic photography with digital added value. As an integrated production company capable of addressing the entire CX (Customer Experience) spectrum, it employs cinematographers and lighting directors and operates two shooting studios: "Caretta Studio" and "FACTORY ANZEN STUDIO."
