Suntory Liquor launched its new category product "Kinmugi Clear Label" on May 13th and is airing a TV commercial nationwide featuring actress Keiko Kitagawa as its image character.
The commercial's tagline is "Kinmugi for Thirsty Throats." The "Appearance" episode shows Kitagawa forcefully throwing documents aside and bursting out of a conference room door. On her way home, she opens doors at her company, on the train, and at her home entrance one after another. Finally, she happily opens her refrigerator door, makes a satisfying gulp sound, and drinks the product with relish. The commercial concludes with the Kinmugi Clear Label product and Kitagawa's line, "Delicious, smooth throat feel." It highlights the beer's refreshing characteristics: maintaining the delicious taste of barley while achieving pleasant carbonation and a clean aftertaste, resulting in a refreshingly smooth throat feel.

Starting May 19th, a "Desert" version will also air, featuring Kitagawa walking briskly through the city, imagining herself lost in a desert, reaching the refrigerator, and drinking the product with relish.
