Nissin Foods Holdings, which signed a global partnership agreement with Manchester United Football Club (Manchester United) this past July, held Japan's first-ever halftime show at Old Trafford, Manchester United's home stadium in the UK, on September 14th.

The company launched its sports-based branding this year under the concept "Ignite the Spirit of Challenge Worldwide!" with the catchphrase "HUNGRY TO WIN," and this show was part of that initiative. Four Japanese freestylers—the "RED SAMURAI" clad in red armor, the key color shared by the company and Manchester United, and three "NINJA" dressed in black—elevated a battle for the ball into a performance. The show was kicked off by Brian Robson, a legendary former Manchester United player and ex-Thai national team coach. Alan Keegan, the stadium announcer at Old Trafford, served as the main MC. The performance drew immense attention, and the stadium erupted in thunderous applause as the act concluded.
The match result was a resounding 4-0 victory, as if their recent struggles had been a lie. Old Trafford, nicknamed the Theatre of Dreams, truly lived up to its name that day, remaining a dream theater until the final whistle blew.
