This move aims to accelerate growth in the rapidly expanding mobile advertising market. The agreement also grants the Dentsu Group an option to gradually increase its shareholding and make Fetch a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Founded in 2009, Fetch is a global full-service agency in the mobile domain, highly regarded for its expertise in planning advertising campaigns utilizing mobile media and in buying advertising space. Currently operating service bases in the UK, US, Germany, and Hong Kong, it plans to expand its presence further.
