Now, as the times are changing dramatically, I feel it's time to take a step forward. Many people in Japan possess truly outstanding abilities. Yet, we often hesitate to step forward, don't we? The only one who can push yourself forward is yourself. Just as Japan needs leadership now, I believe each individual also needs leadership within themselves. Become the leader of your own life. First, establish the goal for your life. Then, take action to achieve it. Doing so will create your own unique path. You will gain the strength to walk that path on your own. Once you become the leader of your own life, taking that step forward might just become surprisingly enjoyable.
