Its growth is driven by its creative capabilities and expertise in digital domains such as social media, mobile, and CRM. The company also possesses strengths in branded content, with works it has produced winning awards such as the Gold Lion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Its high-value-added services are highly regarded by clients both within and outside Canada.
Following the acquisition, Dentsu Inc. will maintain Grip's name and structure. It will seek to create synergies by fostering collaboration with Dentsu Group's integrated advertising agencies and media agencies operating in Canada.
