On January 19, Dentsu Inc. launched "DECIDE OMNI," a new package developed jointly with S-Cubism Technology (S-Tech), which provides e-commerce (EC) development and solutions for retailers. This package enables cross-channel understanding of customer behavior across EC sites, physical stores, and owned media, facilitating marketing based on this information.

Since spring 2014, the two companies have offered the "DECIDE (Dentsu E-Commerce Ideal Designing Engine)" platform, an EC solution that combines modules to address specific customer challenges and provides services at a low cost. DECIDE OMNI expands the functionality of this system.

This functional expansion, as the name DECIDE OMNI suggests, integrates all sales and distribution channels—such as physical stores and online shops—to create an environment that delivers a consistent purchasing experience regardless of the sales channel through which the customer first engages. It is designed to meet the demands of the omnichannel era.
While demand for omnichannel solutions is rising alongside changes in consumer purchasing behavior, challenges like cost and management complexity have hindered corporate adoption.
DECIDE OMNI integrates the DECIDE e-commerce platform with S-Tech's owned media CMS, TabletPOS, and membership card app. This enables shorter development lead times, cost reductions, and centralized management of cross-channel marketing initiatives and results.
Key features include: integrating customer, purchase, and behavioral data from various channels (like store POS and smartphone apps) into the e-commerce system for unified management; enabling cross-channel scenario design; and providing real-time, at-a-glance reporting on scenario outcomes.

To coincide with the service launch, a seminar titled "Leveraging the Combined Power of Stores and E-Commerce to Harness Omnichannel – The Future of Shopping Envisioned by 'DECIDE OMNI'" will be held on January 28. Free registration is open for 70 participants.
