Dentsu Inc. Ventures, a venture fund managed by Dentsu Inc., has invested in an image recognition and machine learning platform for video creators.

Dentsu Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toshihiro Yamamoto) announced that its corporate venture capital fund, "Dentsu Ventures Fund 1 Global" (hereinafter "Dentsu Ventures"), has invested in Arraiy, Inc. (Headquarters: Palo Alto; CEO: Ethan Rublee; hereinafter "Arraiy").

Arraiy, founded in 2016 by Ethan Rublee (current CEO), Gary Bradski (current CTO), and other members with deep expertise in computer vision and machine learning, develops an image recognition and machine learning platform that enables the automatic generation of VFX (visual effects) footage using AI. Using Arraiy's platform, video creators can produce high-quality VFX footage quickly and at low cost.

Dentsu Inc. Ventures believes Array's platform lowers barriers to content creation and contributes to expanding the reach of high-quality content.
