[Recruitment Notice] Applications are now being accepted for the 'Dentsu Inc. Innovation Initiative Summer Internship 2020'

Dentsu Innovation Initiative (DII), the R&D organization of the Dentsu Group, is recruiting participants for the "Dentsu Innovation Initiative Summer Internship 2020," scheduled to be held at Dentsu Inc.'s headquarters (Shiodome, Tokyo) for approximately two months starting in September (applications accepted until noon on July 31).

This internship involves actually joining Dentsu Innovation Initiative and immersing oneself in work-based projects. Participants will engage deeply with employees' actual work and projects to realize their own business ideas. They will tackle Dentsu Inc.'s new business development challenges, including domain research, identifying and selecting external collaboration partners, and creating business plans. Dentsu Inc. is seeking participants who want to use the "opportunity" that Dentsu Inc. offers to create new businesses.

An R&D organization within the Dentsu Group, born with the mission: "Creating future businesses only Dentsu Inc. can create." It promotes investment and business development in globally promising startups and technology companies, working to create the foundation for future business.

This time, there are three entry challenges.
Challenge 1: If you were the president of Dentsu Inc., what new business would you pursue with an eye on the world of 2030?
Challenge 2: To realize the business you described in Challenge 1, what kind of companies or opportunities would you consider for co-creation? Please provide specific partner names, business overviews, and synergies with Dentsu Inc.
Task 3: Please outline the business plan for the venture you would pursue with the companies or opportunities identified in Task 2.

Participants will be selected from applicants through primary and secondary screening. Those who pass the document screening will be invited to a workshop selection held in August (total of 2 days).
