Dentsu Inc. Razorfish is developing a platform for marketing support services utilizing LINE Business Connect, a corporate system service provided by LINE. The service will launch sequentially starting around mid-January next year.
This will enable CRM and one-to-one communication, which were not possible with LINE Official Accounts alone.
Dentsu Inc. Razorfish was an early adopter, establishing a dedicated social media marketing department within the company. It has been responding to client companies' needs for effective communication strategies and marketing activities that integrate various social media and PR. The company is already engaged in initiatives such as supporting the operation of official LINE accounts.
Building on its participation in the LINE Business Connect Partner Program announced this October, the company will now develop and provide marketing support services to further expand the potential of LINE for marketing and encourage greater utilization.
The first service, scheduled for launch in mid-January next year, will utilize cloud technology to accumulate user data on servers. It will enable centralized management and operation of three main functions via an admin interface: "Segmented Delivery," "Communication (Auto-Response)," and "Campaign Entry Form Creation." Subsequently, the company plans to sequentially expand services by integrating with other SNS platforms and location data via iBeacon, enabling O2O (Online-to-Offline) utilization and omnichannel support.
