The fifth annual "Children's Future Tokyo Messe" will be held at the Tokyo International Forum on December 23rd. The event's theme is "Nurturing a Healthy and Thriving Future for Children Together." It aims to deepen understanding and interest in child-rearing support initiatives through exchanges between general households with children, companies providing childcare support, NPOs, and local governments. The event is organized by the "Childcare Support Tokyo Conference" (Chairman: Tadashi Okamura, Toshiba Advisor and Honorary Chairman of the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry), composed of companies, organizations, and experts from various fields, with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as a co-organizer.
On the day, approximately 70 organizations involved in childcare support will host exhibition booths and seminars. The main stage will feature a lecture and talk session titled "Childcare Q&A: Preparing for the New Childcare Support System" by Professor Dai-Nichi Co., Ltd. Ohinata of Keisen University Graduate School. Additionally, a "Tokyo OSEKKA Café Special Lecture" will be held by Mariko Bando, President of Showa Women's University and also serving as Chairperson of the NPO "Work and Childcare Counseling Center," will host the "Tokyo OSEKKAI Cafe Special Lecture." Workshops enjoyable for parents and children, an Anpanman show, and other diverse programs related to children and childcare will also be held.
